PNG or JPEG, up to 2 MB. Shown on the PDF header.
Default values
Choose how your profit margin will be labeled on itemized quotes. Or set profit margin to 0% if you prefer to include your margin within your item prices.
Notes and Terms
These notes are pre-filled on every new quote.
Closing footnote
A professional closing message printed at the end of every quote PDF.
Brand color
Used for the header line, quote title, materials table and totals bar on the PDF.
Appearance
Use a darker theme across the app.
Language
Choose the language for the app interface. This does not change the language of quotes sent to clients — those always use each client's own language.
Signature
PNG with transparent background works best. Appears above the contractor line on the PDF.
