Orçagora ("the Service") is a subscription-based software tool that helps small businesses create, send and manage quotes for their clients. By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.
New accounts receive a limited number of free quote credits. Continued use of the sending and download features requires an active paid subscription, billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with prior notice.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Manage subscription" button in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful content, to impersonate other people or businesses, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
You retain all rights to the business, client and quote data you enter. You grant Orçagora a limited license to store and process that data solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
You may close your account at any time from Settings. Upon closure, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orçagora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
